We believe in making events as environmentally friendly as possible, that’s why we are so thrilled to be hosting the Great Caravan, Motorhome and Holiday Home Show at the Yorkshire Showground.
Below are some of the ways in which we hope to make the event more environmentally friendly.
Waste Management– All event waste is recycled or converted back into energy.
Solar Panels- 960 large solar panels onsite, this means reduced reliance on grid energy usage.
Lighting– LED lights installed across the venue, helping to reduce energy usage.
Toilets- The venue toilet doors and vanity units are made from recycled plastic bottles.
Catering– Local ingredients are sourced where possible, meaning less food miles.
